Retail Parks space to lease
Warehouse & office space for lease in Multipark (SBU)
LCP Poland, part of M Core and one of the leading investors and developers in the Polish retail park market, continues on its path of dynamic growth. Following a record-breaking year in which the company opened as many as 15 M Parks across Poland, it is starting 2026 with the official confirmation of the acquisition of a development project for another future M Park—this time in Zawiercie. The purchase agreement was signed with one of LCP’s key business partners, PKB Inwest Budowa. The future M Park Zawiercie will offer nearly 15,500 sq m of GLA and will host eleven tenants. The opening of the facility, whose construction is already at an advanced stage, is planned for the turn of the first and second quarters of this year.
M Park Zawiercie is being developed in the western part of the city, on Wojska Polskiego Street. Directly in front of the park there is one of the city’s key roundabouts, through which another important street – Zagłębiowska runs perpendicular to Wojska Polskiego Street. For the convenience of future customers, a spacious parking lot with as many as 430 parking spaces is planned. From a broader ESG perspective, electric vehicle charging stations will be installed in the parking area. In addition, M Park Zawiercie is expected to obtain BREEAM certification at a level of at least Very Good
.
The seller, PKB Inwest Budowa, is responsible in this project both for general contracting and for leasing processes. The group of confirmed tenants already includes such brands as Castorama, Lidl, Half Price, Worldbox, CCC, and Rossmann.
“Record-breaking 2025 confirmed that our chosen strategy for developing retail parks in Poland is the right one and responds to real needs of both tenants and local communities. By starting 2026 with the M Park Zawiercie project, we are consistently implementing our further expansion plans, focusing on proven locations, a strong tenant mix, and effective cooperation with experienced business partners. This is a natural continuation of the intensive growth from last year,” commented Magdalena Kowalewska, Chief Operating Officer, LCP Poland, part of M Core.
