Two Statuettes Won at the 3rd Baltics Real Estate Awards!

We are pleased to announce that, building on the positive experiences from last year's edition of the Baltics Real Estate Awards organized by EuropaProperty, we once again participated in this event – especially since part of our real estate portfolio is located in northern Poland, a region covered by this event.

And it was definitely a very good decision!

From Sopot, where the awards gala took place, we returned with as many as **two prestigious statuettes**:

► Retail Project of the Year – for our M Park Mrągowo project

► Warehouse Project of the Year – for Multipark Gdańsk
