The pace set by the market. M Park Nasielsk becomes LCP Poland’s fourth opening of 2026!

LCP Poland, part of M Core, one of the leading investors and developers in the Polish retail park market, continues the dynamic expansion of its retail park network in Poland with the opening of M Park Nasielsk. The latest retail park marks the company’s fourth M Park opening since the beginning of 2026.

The new development, offering nearly 2,600 sq m of gross leasable area (GLA), enhances the retail offering of the town and surrounding region, providing local residents with convenient access to well-known and popular brands in an easily accessible location.

The project was delivered in partnership with Family Partners, one of LCP Poland’s long-standing business partners. Together, the companies have successfully completed retail park developments over the past two years in locations including Pionki, Iława and Łochów.

M Park Nasielsk is located at 8 Kwiatowa Street, one of the town’s main thoroughfares, directly adjacent to an existing Lidl store. To ensure customer convenience, the development provides 145 parking spaces.

In line with LCP Poland’s broader ESG strategy, the car park will be equipped with electric vehicle charging stations. In addition, M Park Nasielsk is planned to achieve BREEAM certification at a minimum rating of Very Good.

The retail park’s tenant mix includes Pepco (over 460 sq m), CCC (nearly 500 sq m), Rossmann (over 550 sq m) and Martes Sport (over 500 sq m).
