Retail Parks space to lease
Warehouse & office space for lease in Multipark (SBU)
LCP Poland, part of M Core, one of the leading investors and developers in the Polish retail park market under the M Park brand, has signed an agreement to acquire two future retail park development projects from Smart Park Poland. Through this new partnership with a rapidly growing developer in this market segment, LCP will expand its property portfolio with locations in Jawor and Grodków. Altogether, this represents nearly 17,000 sqm of GLA and 28 units.
The plot for the future M Park Grodków is located on Henryka Sienkiewicza Street in the southern part of the city, directly adjacent to a large residential area and a popular fuel station. The project will host 10 tenants across more than 6,000 sqm of GLA, with a convenient 180-space parking lot for visitors.
M Park Jawor will be situated right by national road 374, which becomes Piastowska Street leading directly to the city center. The park will feature 18 stores across almost 11,000 sqm of GLA and a 300-space parking lot.
Both parks in Jawor and Grodków are expected to open in the coming months. Under the agreement, the seller – Smart Park Poland – will be responsible for the construction processes. The commercialisation of the projects will be jointly managed by the leasing teams of RG Leasing and LCP Poland, who will handle lease agreements for the remaining available spaces.
“Collaboration with Smart Park Poland and RG Leasing gives us a unique opportunity to execute projects that combine a solid business strategy with the creation of spaces that are friendly to local communities. With our combined experience and know-how, we can develop the M Park brand in a thoughtful and efficient way, delivering modern, functional retail parks that serve residents every day. This partnership allows us not only to strengthen our market position but also to make a tangible impact on local communities by providing them with convenient shopping and daily activity spaces,” said James Fife, CEO of LCP Poland, part of M Core.
