LCP will open the M Park retail park in Pionki - plot with design, building permit and 60% commercialization, purchased from Family Partners

LCP Properties, part of the M Core group, one of the leading investors and developers on the Polish retail park market, has finalized the purchase of a plot in Pionki for the future M Park, with a building permit and a 60% commercialization level, from its business partner Family Partners. The future M Park Pionki has almost 9,300 sq m of GLA with a total of 17 tenants. Construction works will start this year, and the official opening is planned for the fourth quarter of 2024.

M Park Pionki, will be built on the main crossing street in the city - Doktor Marii Garszzwo, in the immediate vicinity of the railway station in Pionki. For the convenience of visitors, there will be a spacious parking lot for up to 355 cars. Chargers for electric cars will be installed next to four of them.

Thanks to the commercialization process of this future property initiated by Family Partners, currently, one year before the planned opening, contracts have been signed for over 60% of the available space in this project. Confirmed tenants include: Jysk (over 1,300 sq m), Biedronka grocery store (approx. 1,100 sq m), the popular fashion brand SinSay (750 sq m), as well as Martes Sport (700 sq m), Rossmann (500 sq m), Dealz (500 sq m) and Pepco (550 sq m).

“The excellent location of the plot, right next to the central station, the limited availability of commercial offers in the city, as well as the very high level of rent of the retail park a year before its opening, were the key variables that prompted us to purchase this project. Moreover, we are already in advanced negotiations for the remaining 40% of the available space in this location," commented Magdalena Kowalewska, Chief Operating Officer, LCP in Poland. “The investment in Pionki is one of the first new projects we have announced. However, it will definitely not be the last, as our strategic goal for the coming years is focused on strong and continuous growth," she added.
