Nineth M Park opening in Poland this year – M Park Jawor welcomes its first customers.

LCP Poland, part of M Core, one of the leading investors and developers in Poland’s retail park market, continues its record-breaking year in terms of development activity, with the opening of M Park Jawor, the nineth M Park opened in 2025.

The new investment, developed in cooperation with Smart Park Poland and supported by RGL, offers around 7,000 sqm of GLA and 15 tenants in its first phase. The project also includes plans for a second phase, which will ultimately bring the total leasable area of M Park Jawor to nearly 11,000 sqm.

M Park Jawor is located directly next to National Road 374, which transitions into Piastowska Street, leading straight to the city center. A 300-space car park has been provided for visitors. From an ESG perspective, the retail park will feature electric vehicle charging stations, and the project is expected to receive BREEAM certification at a minimum level of Very Good.

The tenant mix for the first phase of M Park Jawor includes well-known brands such as Biedronka (over 1,200 sqm), Xtreme Fitness (800 sqm), TEDi (750 sqm), Sinsay (650 sqm), Worldbox (600 sqm), CCC (600 sqm), and Rossmann (520 sqm).
