Retail Parks space to lease
Warehouse & office space for lease in Multipark (SBU)
LCP Poland, part of M Core and one of the leading investors and developers in Poland’s retail park market, has opened another M Park Szubin, reaffirming the brand’s ongoing expansion across the country. The newest M Park property is a development project acquired by LCP at the end of last year from RWS Investment Group. The retail park comprises nearly 8,000 sqm and includes 14 tenants. As of the opening day, the park is 100% leased.
M Park Szubin is located at 39 and 41 Sienkiewicza street, in the northern part of the town, just a 20-minute drive from downtown Bydgoszcz. For the convenience of visitors, a spacious parking lot with 371 spaces is available. From an ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) perspective, the park will be equipped with electric vehicle charging stations. The project also includes plans to implement a water-saving system. Furthermore, M Park Szubin is set to achieve a BREEAM certification at a minimum level of “Very Good.”
The agreement with the seller stipulated that RWS Investment Group would be responsible for the construction of the retail park. Leasing processes, on the other hand, are being handled jointly by RWS and LCP’s leasing team. Among the tenants of M Park Szubin are: grocery retailer Lidl, and brands such as Sinsay, Tedi, CCC, Pepco, Rossmann, Media Expert, KIK, Worldbox, and Martes Sport.
“Szubin proves that even smaller towns deserve modern, well-designed retail spaces – the kind you simply want to come back to. For us, M Park Szubin is more than just another point on the map or part of our business strategy – it’s the result of great cooperation, fast execution, and listening to local needs. We are pleased to see that so many residents visited the park on its opening day. That’s the best proof we’re moving in the right direction,” commented James Fife, CEO of LCP Poland, part of M Core.
