M Park Nowa Ruda – the company’s sixth retail park opened this year.

LCP Poland, part of M Core, one of the leading investors and developers in the Polish retail park market, has opened its sixth M Park in 2025. This time, the company’s portfolio of operating retail parks has been expanded with M Park Nowa Ruda. The property, together with four other retail parks, was purchased at the development stage from PKB Inwest Budowa. M Park Nowa Ruda offers almost 5,500 sqm of GLA with nine tenants. As of the opening day, the retail park is 100% leased.

M Park Nowa Ruda is located at 9 Pułkownika Józefa Sokola Street, in the northern part of the city, right next to the intersection with National Road 381. For the convenience of visitors, a spacious car park with 154 spaces has been provided. From the perspective of broader ESG aspects, the retail park will be equipped with charging stations for electric vehicles. The project also includes the implementation of a water-saving system. In addition, M Park Nowa Ruda is intended to obtain BREEAM certification at a minimum level of Very Good. The role of Project Manager for this investment was entrusted to Eudeco, which is also responsible for tasks related to the mentioned BREEAM certification.

The tenant mix of this latest LCP retail park includes: Biedronka (1,091 sqm), Martes Sport (880 sqm), Sinsay (650 sqm), Media Expert (640 sqm), Pepco (550 sqm), CCC (500 sqm), Rossmann (471 sqm), Worldbox (448 sqm), and Empik (180 sqm).
