Retail Parks space to lease
Warehouse & office space for lease in Multipark (SBU)
LCP Poland, part of M Core and one of the leading investors and developers in the Polish retail park market, continues its strong growth momentum after a record-breaking 2025, during which it opened 15 M Parks. The company is consistently delivering further projects under its flagship brand, with the newly opened M Park Zawiercie serving as the latest example. This marks the second M Park opening within a single month in 2026 and the third overall this year. The newest retail park was developed in cooperation with LCP’s trusted business partner, PKB Inwest Budowa. M Park Zawiercie offers nearly 15,500 sqm of gross leasable area (GLA) and hosts eleven tenants.
M Park Zawiercie is located in the western part of the city at 3 Inwestycyjna Street. One of the city’s key roundabouts is situated directly in front of the retail park, connecting with another important road for the city, Zagłębiowska Street, which intersects Wojska Polskiego Street. For customers’ convenience, the development includes a spacious parking area with 430 parking spaces. From a broader ESG perspective, electric vehicle charging stations will also be installed in the parking area. In addition, M Park Zawiercie is expected to obtain a BREEAM certification at a minimum Very Good level.
The project partner, PKB Inwest Budowa, was responsible for both the general contracting and leasing processes for this investment. Tenants at M Park Zawiercie include brands such as Castorama (its first store in the city), Lidl, HalfPrice (its first store in the city), Worldbox (its first store in the city), CCC, Rossmann, Smyk (its first store in the city), TeDi, Pepco, and Xtreme Kids (the brand’s first club in the city).
“Following the successful completion of five projects with PKB Inwest Budowa last year, M Park Zawiercie is the first of many joint ventures we will undertake together this year. As long-term investors, we are pleased to continue developing our long-term cooperation with PKB Inwest Budowa, built on experience, trust, and a proven track record of shared achievements,” said James Fife, CEO of LCP Poland, part of M Core.
