LCP Poland, part of M Core celebrates its 100th property with the opening of M Park Szprotawa

LCP Poland, part of M Core, one of the leading investors and developers in Poland’s retail park market, has officially reached a milestone of 100 operating properties in its Polish portfolio. The symbolic 100th property is M Park Szprotawa, which officially opened today. The project, developed in cooperation with LCP Poland’s business partner PKB Inwest Budowa, offers over 6,100 sqm of GLA and features eleven tenants. M Park Szprotawa is also the 68th retail park under the M Park brand in Poland. The remaining assets include Multipark logistics spaces and standalone buildings.

M Park Szprotawa was built in the western part of the city, at 70 Jana III Sobieskiego Street, which connects with Niepodległości Street, the city’s main thoroughfare. For customer convenience, a 165-space car park has been provided, which will soon be equipped with electric vehicle charging points. The facility also aligns with LCP’s sustainability strategy – a BREEAM Very Good certification is planned.

The 100th property in the LCP Poland, part of M Core portfolio, marks the result of a significant acceleration of M Core’s investment activity in Poland, especially over the past two years. M Park Szprotawa is not only the 100th operating property in LCP’s Polish portfolio and the 68th M Park, but also the 12th M Park opening this year and the third in just two days.

The group of tenants at M Park Szprotawa includes among others: Biedronka (1,150 sqm), Martes Sport (710 sqm), Worldbox (660 sqm), TEDi (over 650 sqm), Xtreme Fitness (approx. 610 sqm), Pepco (570 sqm), CCC (570 sqm), and Rossmann (500 sqm).
