LCP Group has bought another 2 Retail Park projects in Wieliczka and Łódź

In the second half of September, LCP purchased 2 Retail Parks with a 6,626 sq m of total space available to tenants.

The project in Wieliczka is a local retail park intended for quick and convenient everyday shopping. It is located between Reformacka and Łąkowa streets, near 94 road, in the immediate vicinity of the McDonald's restaurant. Its strategic location with a large parking area and the offer of Rossmann, TEDi, Pepco, KiK, Media Expert and the Biedronka store as a grocery operator is an important point on the map for the city's inhabitants.

The second project in Łódź is a Retail Park located at 111 Maratońska street, which is part of a shopping complex together with a Netto supermarket. It is an excellent proposition for residents of nearby estates who want to do their everyday shopping in a convenient and quick way. The availability of a large car park is also an advantage.

We bought both Retail Parks in just a few weeks because they fit perfectly into LCP's development strategy. We are still looking for new commercial projects, as well as plots for retail and city logistics, paying attention, however, to the location potential. We have ambitious purchasing plans by the end of 2021 and for 2022, in which we would like to spend EUR 250 million on investments. ”- emphasise Katarzyna Szeleźnik, Acquisitions Director w LCP Properites.Associate Director in LCP.
