Multipark Sosnowiec

Multipark Sosnowiec was developed in the northeastern part of the city, on Modrzewiowa Street.
On a plot of nearly 25,000 sqm, two buildings were constructed, offering a total of almost 8,300 sqm of leasable space — including 7,200 sqm of warehouse space and approximately 1,100 sqm of office space.
The new Multipark-branded SBU was officially opened in the summer of 2025.

The SBU’s convenient location, near the junction of National Road 94 and Expressway S1, provides easy and efficient access from Multipark Sosnowiec in all directions across the country..

As with other Multipark SBU projects, the available units — together with modern office space — can be used for showroom areas, last-mile logistics, warehouse and service operations, e-commerce, as well as light production or retail pickup points.
