M Park Racibórz is located in the southwestern part of the town, at ul. Opawska 177, right next to Voivodeship Road 916, which connects the park to the city as well as to nearby border towns, including areas on the Czech side, from which a significant portion of the park’s footfall is expected.
For customer convenience, a parking lot with 280 spaces has been provided, which will soon include electric vehicle charging points.
The facility also aligns with LCP’s sustainability strategy – it is planned to achieve BREEAM certification at the Very Good level, and the roof is prepared for the installation of photovoltaic panels.
