M Park Wrocław is located at ul. Średzka 44, in the north-western part of the city, in the Leśnica district of Wrocław. Średzka Street serves as an important arterial road for local residents, connecting the neighborhood with the rest of Wrocław and providing one of the main city entrances. For visitors’ convenience, the park offers 106 parking spaces.
From an ESG perspective, the park will feature electric vehicle charging stations and a water-saving system will be implemented as part of the project. Additionally, M Park Wrocław is planned to achieve BREEAM certification at a minimum of Very Good level.
